Faahco, operates a modified Quality Management System tailored to the specific requirements of each and every project undertaken. The system is regularly monitored and upgraded, to ensure our operations can deliver as a minimum, the agreed contract quality requirements. Each contract has a pre-contract quality plan, which is monitored and updated as the project progresses. A series of checks and inspections are used to ensure the quality plan is maintained to the highest standard, which guarantees that each and every contract is delivered to the satisfaction of the client and the design team. We actively pursue the target of producing defect free handovers at practical completion, which minimizes the difficult interface between client and contractor at commissioning handover and occupation of the building or the concern project. Feedback from our clients at contract completion provides us with the opportunity for continued improvement in this important aspect of our customer focused business.
